Upsellit earned Silver for Best Travel & Lifestyle Performance Campaign for a collaboration with a national, full-service parking and mobility services company to enhance the customer journey and drive measurable growth across five of its brands.
With each brand facing unique challenges, Upsellit developed a personalized performance marketing framework that could adapt across the portfolio while maintaining each brand’s identity and goals. To achieve the client’s objectives, the campaigns focused on lead generation, cart abandonment recovery, and conversion optimization.
To re-engage abandoning shoppers, Upsellit implemented personalized on-site engagements that presented hesitant shoppers with timely offers to incentivize them to complete their bookings. Countdown timers and dynamic, real-time parking availability were incorporated into the on-site engagements to amplify urgency.
Focused on continuous optimization, A/B testing played a key role in the partnership. Upsellit tested whether location-specific imagery, such as parking lots or shuttles tied to each brand’s city, drove higher engagement, and explored how requiring email submissions to unlock discounts impacted conversion rates.
Together, these initiatives created seamless, conversion-focused experiences that delivered consistent, measurable growth across all five brands.
Award-Winning Technologies
Upsellit deployed a combination of its solutions and technologies to identify, engage, and convert shoppers while reducing friction across the funnel.
Targeted Tactics delivered personalized on-site engagements that guided hesitant shoppers toward completing their bookings. To ensure engagements only targeted at-risk visitors unlikely to convert, Exit Detect and Behavioral Parsing were used to analyze hundreds of behavioral signals, such as traffic source, session depth, and click patterns. These insights powered real-time, personalized experiences that made campaigns more relevant, timely, and effective.
To re-engage abandoning shoppers at key moments, Upsellit implemented Lead Capture campaigns to collect contact information before exit. Email Remarketing extended those efforts post-abandonment, with personalized messaging that featured Cart Rebuilder technology to restore abandoned bookings with a unique link to resume the checkout from any device.
To expand remarketing reach, Upsellit used Anonymous Visitor ID and PreCapture Form Monitoring to proactively collect email addresses as shoppers entered their details into forms, even if they didn’t complete submission. This ensured no opportunity for recovery was lost and allowed the client to reconnect with valuable prospects.
