UpSellit won the 2021 International Performance Marketing Awards for Best Use of Data! We are incredibly honored to receive this award and are grateful for the dedication our team has shown to earn this recognition.

What are the IPMAs?

The International Performance Marketing Awards – or IPMAs – recognize companies, campaigns, and individuals who’ve excelled in the performance marketing industry across the globe.

The awards committee chose the winner for “Best Use of Data” after reviewing campaigns that successfully executed strategies leveraging data-driven research and results.

We were fortunate to have part of our US team join our UK team for the first time in over two years to attend the awards ceremony in London and connect with inspiring leaders in the industry.

UpSellit’s Award-Winning Technology & Strategies

UpSellit received the award for “Best Use of Data” from our campaign with Samsung Electronics across Europe.

The campaign, “Using Machine Learning to Provide Incremental Revenue,” analyzed visitor details and session data to dynamically segment shoppers and personalize Samsung’s buyer’s journey.

Samsung sought to enhance their customer journey to see an increase in conversions, Average Order Value (AOV), and Lifetime Value (LTV). UpSellit implemented Product Page Bundling, In-Cart Recommendations, and Out of Stock Recommendations to strategically move shoppers through the funnel leaving customers satisfied.

The results of the campaign were something to celebrate. Our product bundles provided a 28% incremental uplift, and our Cart Recommendations provided a 44% incremental uplift.

We executed the campaign on a risk-free, pay-for-performance model using Awin’s MasterTag to get the campaign up and running without requiring heavy lifting for Samsung’s dev team.
