In a year that has put the strength of our foundation to the test, we have proven that the values upon which UpSellit was built will continue to foster growth. Our managers allow employees to lean on their colleagues to troubleshoot and take ownership of day-to-day issues. This enables employees to build trust and grow confidence in the idea that colleagues can effectively problem solve with a little collaboration. Accordingly, UpSellit is growing at an unprecedented rate. Internally, what started as a zero-layoff policy at the outset of the pandemic, has led to a global expansion of our team. Externally, we continue to create new client relationships while building on the value we provide to our existing partners. UpSellit’s revenue grew 65% during the period considered for the honoree list. We attribute this exponential growth to our strong foundation that has enabled us to rise, despite the circumstances of a tumultuous year.
